Luísa discovered Yoga at the age of 14. Dedicates exclusively to the practice of IYENGAR® Yoga since 2010.

She completed her training and certification in 2016 in Portugal with Billy Konrad and began, in the same year, a cycle of annual trips to India, where she studied and practiced at RIMYI in Pune and at Omkarananda in Rishikesh, under the sharp eye of Usha Devi, sometimes  even teaching at her behest.

As an eternal student, Luísa regularly practices with Jordí Marti from Barcelona, Patxi Lizard from Madrid and Ido Manor from Tel Aviv.

Committed to practice and teaching, she is the founder and director of the Center.
